Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days from when you received your order (unless merchandise was specified as "Final Sale"). Send us an e-mail at email@example.com with your order # and reason for return/exchange and we will gladly begin the process of a return or exchange for you. Please read guidelines below:
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE*
- Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the receiving date
- Items must be in the original packaging, including extra branded materials
- Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed.
- Sanitary strips, manufacturer's tags, hang tags and all other packaging accessories must be in tact
- If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective in any way please e-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please note there is a $5 deduction for orders returned for refunds
Returns: Once your return is received, inspected and approved a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (less cost of shipping). Please note it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, once the we initiate the refund you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund for return orders.
Exchanges: We will gladly exchange any purchase (excluding final sale items) provided that the desired item(s) are in stock. Please follow the guidelines above.
