Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of the initial transaction (unless merchandise was specified as "Final Sale"). Send us an e-mail at email@example.com with your order # and reason for return/exchange and we will gladly begin the process of a return or exchange for you. Please read guidelines below:
* ALL Summer Friday and/or items purchased on sale are only eligible for exchange, if needed. Exchanges must follow the same guidelines below. *
- Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed.
- Sanitary strips, manufacturer's tags, hang tags and all other packaging accessories must be in tact
- We do not offer return shipping labels at this time
- If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective in any way please e-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds: Once your return is received, inspected and approved a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (less cost of shipping)
Exchanges: We will gladly exchange any purchase for one of equal or lesser value, provided that the desired item(s) are in stock. Please follow the guidelines above.
